I really don't know that much about bisexuality. I always imagined it being the ability to enjoy the best of both worlds. I do know that there are many gays who scoff at bisexuals as confused. However, if it's your natural inclination, how can you deny it?
I know a great deal about being bisexual since the consensus is that I am one. The quote is spot on for me because the intense guilt and confusion I felt needing to fantasize about guys in order to get off while making love to a woman eventually led me to not wanting to have sex at all.
After a long period of celibacy, the first time I made love to a man, I knew that this expression of my sexuality was more appropriate for me. While I certainly could 'go back', I have no desire to do so.
I say all the time that I'm a Backwards-Gay Man because instead of being curious about guys... I'm curious about women. I've always wanted to know what it's like to have sex with a woman. But I'm not sure if I would ever act on it... As far as the whole Bisexual argument, I don't know why they Bi's catch so much heat. They piss off the Gays and the Straights just because they play on both teams? Eh. It's one of those things where since it's not any of my damn business, I kinda don't care about it...
I have dealt with a few guy that claim "BI." As time goes on they become more interested in male so I think it is usually transitional over time. There may be that unconscious society stigma that make it easier to claim BI as a lot of west Indian men claim b4 they move to north America where there is more freedom.

COGITO: I USED TO BE ONE OF THOSE GAYS THAT THOUGHT BI-SEXUALS WERE CONFUSED, BUT AS I HAVE GROWN, I UNDERSTAND IT MORE.
ReplyDeleteobviously, if I was confused and so many other guys are/were confused, then M2F must be somewhat overrated ?
ReplyDeleteJEFF: I THINK IT IS A TAD BIT OVERRATED!
