ALL AREAS OF PEOPLE ACTIVITY, TO ELIMINATE THE GLOBAL ‘SYSTEM’ OF HOMOPHOBIA ON

A true masterpiece and very creative, my friend! Only one suggestion: instead of diva of choice, how about in honor of those who suffered by sacrificing their lives to hatred?

It applies to the entire LGBT community; Black, White, Pink or Green and as I keep saying, change starts at home and we have a LONG way to go.

ReplyDeleteWell, being the pacifist/realist that I am, my feeling is that everyone is entitled to his or her own opinions and prejudices. It is the duty of Government to ensure that all of us are treated EQUALLY under the law, regardless of those opinions and prejudices.
ReplyDeleteMy own hope is that the US Government will recognize Gay Marriage under the law so that we can enjoy all of the FEDERAL rights that straight couples do.
I dont need anyone to sanction or bless my relationship, but I feel that my partner and I have the right to Federally administered health and retirement benefits as a married couple and as surving spouses since just like straight people, we contributed to these funds all of our lives.
I expect this will happen when our lawmakers start appreciating (fearing?) the political and economic POWER of the LGBT community.. hmm.. maybe my vote DOES count ...
