private took effect Tuesday at 12:01 a.m. EDT.
I know... I felt the need to write about it too, but I think your posting is a bit more colorful than mine. I like the angle you took rather the the political drivel I opted for.

ReplyDeleteAnd it's about time a nation that tries to present itself to the rest of the world as a great democracy finally puts to rest one more vestige of discrimination, oppression and repression. One small step for equality, another step towards justice.

ReplyDeleteIn war there are no sexual preferences each soldier enlisted to do a job. Just as long as the men and women in the armed services conduct themselves as soldiers and help to protect our country and it's people.
