If I knew they were in a relationship no. Unless I knew it was an open relationship and that his partner was ok with it. Provided I was single of course.
I have. He was on the DL and we were in a f**k buddy relationship for almost a year. I'm not proud of it, but I can't deny it. He ended up leaving her a few weeks after we stopped our trysts and wanted to get back together. However, I was tired of not being able to go anywhere with him except my bed.
ROGER: I KNOW YOU SAY YOU ARE NOT PROUD IT, BUT I DON'T THINK IT IS SOMETHING TO BE ASHAMED OF EITHER. IN A SITUATION LIKE THAT, I FEEL IT IS HOW HANDLE THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT A RELATIONSHIP LIKE THAT REALLY MEANS.
@jeff: I never much cared if they lied about being allowed to play, their problem. The point is I was not sneaking around on anyone. Not my commitment, and it's not like I would think about anything serious developing. I just never wanted to be the sneak around guy.

Yes, if they were in an open relationship.
ReplyDeleteFine line to walk. Thankfully most guys are pretty straight up if they are cheating. Decreases the chances of getting caught.

ReplyDeleteJAMIES: THOUGH MOST LOVE GETTING CAUGHT!
ReplyDeleteAnd here I thought the goal was not to get caught.
ReplyDeleteJAMIES: THAT'S WHAT I SEE AROUND ME THESE DAYS.

ReplyDeleteI have. If that's all your both in it for why not?
ReplyDeleteMost of the guys I encountered who advertised themselves as having 'permission to play' were full of crap, i.e. 'no nights or weekends.'
ReplyDeleteDishonesty was the ultimate turn-off for me and most of the time I avoided the cheaters. (most of the time).
