¿IS IT CHEATING IF...?

CHEATING is an act of lying, deception, fraud, trickery, imposture, or imposition. Cheating characteristically is employed to create an unfair advantage, usually in one's own interest, and often at the expense of others,^[1] Cheating implies the breaking of rules. The term "cheating" is less applicable to the breaking of laws, as illegal activities are referred to by specific legal terminology such as fraud or corruption. Cheating is a primordial economic act: getting more for less, often used when referring to marital infidelity. A person who is guilty of cheating is generally referred to as a cheat (British English), or a cheater (American English).

So I’ve been wondering about the subject of cheating and I came up with 50 scenarios and I would LOVE to see if you think the scenarios are cheating or some exceptions could be made…

Yes its cheating in every scenario.
Even though you suggested some far fetched and common extenuating circumstances alike the question isn't how you deal with those mitigating factors but why you've allowed yourself to end up in a situation where you have to deal with such tough questions to begin with. If the partnership you're in is no longer satisfying and cheating becomes an option for any reason you need to evaluate how you got to the place where you begin to make justifications for something which lacks any true justification. If it is your fualt, their fualt, or as is most often the case a failure shared by two, the obligation isn't to find fancy ways of placing the blame else where but to tell your partner the commitment has come to an end and that you will be finding other people to satisfy yourself. The problem is most men, gay and straight alike, can't do this because they have the emotional maturity of a four year old with downs syndrome.

Very interesting! I will try and answer these questions with all honesty although; I am a tab bit more liberal than most people and will tolerate more during a relationship.
1,2,17,23,46,47 Not cheating.
25, 29,30, and 49 Special circumstances.
All the rest, cheating.
