Actually, yeah, kinda. If it's that big of a deal for someone, you should bring the condoms yourself and make sure it gets put on properly.
Otherwise, if you're playing bare, accept the risk and enjoy the ride. LOL
However, if you're looking for a relationship, sure, I can see wanting to see the papers. But I wouldn't make a random fuck or a regular fuck into Arizona.
WRITER: YOUR COMMENT MADE ME SEE/REMEMBER THAT WE DON'T ASK ABOUT HIV STATUS IF IT IS A 'QUICKIE' BUT HE IS GOING TO BE AROUND FOR WHILE WE @ LEAST START TO THINK ABOUT ASKING HIM.
As an HIV prevention educator and as a human being, I have conflicted feelings about this situation. However, the risk is real and health issues triumph. We should apply the principle of universal precaution here: treat evryone as though they are infected and treat everyone as though we, ourselves, are infected. In other words, play safe at all times! Respect yourself and your partner(s). Use a condom, consistently and correctly!
You can ask for it all you want. It doesn't mean your going to get it. Unless you're in the room with them when they discuss their status with their doctor you will never truly know unless they have it and are willing to tell u. I believe it is up to someone with HIV to let their sex partners know whats going on but that depends entirely on the person. Most don't want to admit to others that they do have it cus they will be looked down on and might be rejected. The best anyone can do is just to protect themselves, bring your own protection with you and make sure u use it and get checked up regularly.
I mean its the same as the AGE issue, you dnt ask for their age before u fuck'em. If they LOOK old enough then....yea lol. Although it would be nice to know someone's status right off the bat, but come on who gonna care when u are IN the moment. U jus betta have CONDOM SENSE!

ReplyDeleteTwo words that are not used enough: Personal responsibility.
ReplyDeleteDon't depend on the other person, and can't blame the other person.
Just wrap it up!
CUP: ONE WORD: AMEN!
ReplyDeleteWhy ask?
ReplyDeletePeople lie. People fake documents and even if they provide them are they up-to-date? Besides, it can sometimes take months for HIV to show up.
So never trust anybody. Bring your own condoms and use them unless you want to take five bills twice a day for the rest of your life.
IMMANUEL: AMEN! I ALWAYS TAKE CARE EVEN IF I KNOW A PERSON'S STATUS OR NOT.
