When you’ve struggled all your life,

Working towards a dream;

You have been dealt all kinds of obstacles,

Never knowing what they mean.

They say what doesn’t kill you,

Will only make you stronger,

At times it feels you’re getting no where,

And you start to wonder how much longer.

How much can one take,

Before he decides to let go,

As a champion you must keep going,

Because if you quit you’ll never know.

You have to stay determined,

Especially when times are rough,

If you do, you will become stronger,

If you do, you will become tough.

The people who are tough,

Will make it to the top,

They continued to push forward,

When everyone else decided to stop.

So if you want to achieve your dream,

You must continue to believe that you can,
