I had the same problem and found out that it was linked to one of my "favorites" blogs. I had to erase all of them and re-list them one by one. Also: I had installed a virus protection called Supera after that because I got another virus...this one was nasty. It shut down my computer altogether. We got on line and downloaded a program called "Malwarebytes" and that seemed to do the trick.
