Been watching some homemade stuff lately and it seems that most of the guys are barebacking. Maybe that's a fairly true indication of what's really going on in 'civilian' life regardless of all the warnings out there?
What disappoints me is that you choose a bareback pic with "black men" and a safer sex pic with white men...it is those subtle things that demonize both HIV and black gay males...
However to answer your question: condoms all the way!!
Gay men have forgotten that there are numerous other diseases that weaken the immune system and open up the possibility of HIV infection down the road…let’s take a walk down STD LANE:
1. Gonorrhea and chlamydia are sexually transmitted by genital secretions, such as urethral secretions from the penis
2. Genital herpes and syphilis are transmitted primarily through skin-to-skin contact with sores/ulcers or infected skin that looks normal
3. HPV is transmitted through contact with infected genital skin or mucosal surfaces/secretions, such as the penis and anus
4. Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C: Hepatitis B is the one type of hepatitis that is most often spread through sexual contact. Hepatitis A can be spread through anal/oral contact. Researchers don’t know exactly how hepatitis C is spread. But, they do know that hepatitis C is hard to get through sexual contact.
ALL OF THE ABOVE CAN BE REDUCED GREATLY BY WEARING A CONDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I LOVE when anonymous annoyed folks comment here and try to make something out of nothing. I appreciate your comment but please don't project your thoughts onto me. The photos that I used here were not chosen for any other reason other than they depict men having sex with and without condoms.
