I contend that the most important
factor determining whether a society is a civilization or not is the quality of
the life of its homosexuals. And, though this is a more than reasonable
measuring rod, they have not gone far enough.

ReplyDeleteWell, I would probably say it's minorities. But it's often said you can tell the quality of a country by the way they treat their poor.
