The drinking I'd say
ISLAND GUY: I KNOW IT IS A MATTER OF CHOOSING THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS.
All dependencies are equally harmful. However, since alcohol impairs judgment, I'd say drinking.

Both are just as same to the individual person but I feel that smoking is worse because it pollutes the air and makes others around suffer as well. Don't take up drinking or smoking.
