¿DO YOU HAVE A BODY PART YOU HATE?

Many of us can attest to being teased growing up. As a child, such taunting may have elicited tears and embarrassment, but as most of us grow older, we learn to make peace with the body part that caused so much strife when we were younger.
I’ve been teased constantly about my big lips, but found that gay men find them all the rage. Not that I need validation from them, but because of their interest it caused me to take a second look @ myself.
Is there a body part you were previously teased for that you now accept with open arms?

  1. I was born with a birthmark on my forehead. I was teased about it while younger. Miraculously, it disappeared with the onset of puberty.

    1. I know most persons that cover their visible birthmarks up. Mine is just above my penis...

    2. I'd like to see that one ... ;>)~

I seem to have been made up of spare parts; some of which were teasing fodder in my youth and unfortunately, have stayed with me. Thankfully, none are that visible. One 'mark' I am proud of is the birthmark over my left eye, which my mother and my brother also have. My mother used to say 'that's MY mark on you' and it made me feel all warm and fuzzy, like I belonged to somebody.

My partner had 'jug ears' when he was a kid and though he has long since grown into them and I think they are the cutest ears ever, he is still really touchy about them.

It's sad that we carry so much old crap into our adult lives.

    3. Spare parts huh?

Yeah it is sad that we take so much with us. It is no wonder we are so weighed down.

  2. I spent most of my life not liking anything about how I looked. I think with age I am either more confident, or learning to be less brutal on myself. Depends on the day. Sometimes the mirror is my enemy, other times I can accept what's there.

  3. LOL. My dick is small, but my balls are huge. Is it too much to ask for balance? hahaha.

  4. I shift back and forth with the disliking certain body parts, as a child it was my lips, but not any more, my feet were big as a kid (13) but now the men love my big feet, the only thing I would change at present would be the scar on my leg (I refused to wear shorts because of the scar) and when I do I cover it up with colorful bandage. I'm not a handsome man but I like what I see for the most part.

  5. Never liked my belly. My weight has fluctuated over the years due to exercise, then taking a break from it, then going back, so I have a few stretch marks. I like every other part except for that, but it is what it is.
