¿MORE OR LESS?

SO THE OTHER DAY I OVERHEARD A FEW WOMEN TALKING ABOUT THEIR SPOUSES CHEATING ON THEM. THEY SAID A LOT OF THINGS, BUT THE ONE THING THEY AGREED ON IS THAT THEY WOULD RATHER LOOSE THEIR HUSBANDS TO A WOMAN THAN A MAN. SO BE YOU GAY/STRAIGHT/BI I WANT TO KNOW ¿WHICH WOULD HURT MORE OR LESS LOOSING YOUR PARTNER/SPOUSE TO THE SAME OR OPPOSITE SEX?

  1. i think loosing him/her to the opposite sex would be worse...bcuz now u begin to wonder if u really knew the person u were dating.

  2. See... these heteros don't have enough God Damn honest communication and openness in relationships. They are bound by a dysfunctional relationship/marriage paradigm; and as we well know does not work. I've never LOST a partner due to a transparent and honest relationships. Like Tony Braxton sings, "Just Be a Man About it!" It's really that simple. Yeah, a split hearts, but hurts much less if honesty is the policy.

  3. i'd rather lose a partner to someone of the opposite sex, coz at least then, theres no real competition as its completely different sexes.

P.S. i LOVE Jourdan Dunn (that's what caught my eye)

  4. For me it really wouldn't make any difference who I lost my man to, it would hurt just the same.

But I've heared some women say that if you loose your man to another man, there is no way that you can compete with that man cause you're fighting someone who's different from you (i don't know if they are talking particularly about the cookie? Cause from what I hear & read sometimes, there's an assumption that you can keep a man simply by giving him his best sex ever).

And anyway, I guess loosing their man to another would make some feel very very inadequate.

  5. Hmm, I dunno. Losing my partner to the opposite sex would tell me that I in fact never had a chance cuz my partner really needed/was looking for something I couldn't provide. Thats how I see it...I think the same sex would be worse.

  6. But then again, didn't I read J.L King saying that being with another man is like being with a mind reader? That many of the men he interviewed admitted that it once you tasted another of your same sex, that it was hard to let go?

And I'm sure he also said that once a man decided that he wanted to be another man, there was nothing that a woman could do about it. What do I know about that? He's a man. He should know.

  7. The way I see it, if you lose a partner/lover he/she wasn't yours to begin with. The person is gone so what difference does it make if it one of the same sex or opposite? I suppose it has to do with vanity...if it is a woman, then you are saying that it is a prettier woman, if it is a man, it is because they were gay to start with and you can justify it...
    who knows, really

  8. Loss is loss, the circumstances surrounding the loss are irrelevant. Pain is pain.

  10. My present primary partner is openly queer. So am I. :) Rather than see his sexuality and desires in opposition to our relationship, I've decided to be an ally who actively supports him to have his heart's desire. Not an easy path. But rewarding...and hot. ;)
