Fundies claim God started California Wildfires as a Wrath Warning to "Lowlife Pervert Homosexuals" and their Supporters. THIS IS REALLY SICK!
God made his frustration with California’s betrayal of him known once again this week, this time as he used his great power to start several wildfires in the region’s chaparral and sagebrush.
2,000 Californians have been forced to race in panic and fear, as our Lord and Savior reminds everyone the fate of being gay; burn in hell for all time!

My friends, there is no fighting off the fires of hell. God has made them so they will, never extinguish and all sinners will have the flesh of their souls seared for all time!
So let us heed this warning and make God proud by saying ‘No Gays!’ everywhere we go. It is the right thing to do and will save us from this great display of God’s wrath! Glory, glory.
This is evidence that people will say ANYTHING without thinking. Remember the dust bowl that affected the Great Plains area during the depression? Did God cause that too, and if so, what group was he trying to "punish" then?
ReplyDeleteActually this is an example as to the level of stupidity and ignorance people have. I Live in Los Angeles. And guess what....That's NOT a area with a gay population....at least not a large one. It's a area that are probably as homophobic as the writer in that article. These are mostly Anglos with a little money where the wife is the "soccer mom" and president of the PTA. the husband will take the kids out to throw the ball in the yard and play poker with the guys on saturday night. These folks are probably shitting bricks, hoping the fires don't come south towards their houses.

well that is definitely opinionated and scripture based at the least. I am still gonna sit in the background concerning these issues. I'm on that borderline and I'm not gonna step on anybody's toes! lol

ReplyDeleteWow, people are so damn crazy! You know, we could always spin this around and say that this is God's way of showing his wrath towards the people who judge others, since it clearly states that it is God's job in the bible... I mean, I don't really think that, but hey, we can do it!
ReplyDeleteSeriously, if God was so pissed off, why didn't he/she burn Vermont to the ground when Vermont first legalized it, or Ohio, or those other places it's legal. Its funny how the state that legalized it, then turned around and banned it is burning.
But this isn't God's work. California is a dry, dry, dry, dusty-ass, dry place, so guess what, it's f**king easy to start fires. I remember there was this one fire started a few years ago that did over $20Mil in estimated damage, and how did it start? A cigarette butt being thrown out a moving vehicle!
Homosexuals are not a great blight to normalcy, but living proof that normalcy is about a fallible idea as God itself. If normalcy was something constant; meaning it NEVER changed, than my dear friends you wouldn't even have the bible that sits next to your bed...Hell you probably wouldn't have a bed. Its the people who aren't "normal" who have sparked every single evoluting idea that has helped mankind progress to the great day and age we're experiencing now. And its simple minded people like these a$$holes that keep us where we're at, instead of further progressing our true potential.
My understanding is that these fires were set by arsonists - not by god.
ReplyDeleteDo god isn't punishing anyone. Arsonists are getting their jollies by lighting fires and watching them burn. Since people have been killed in the fires, that makes these arsonists murderers too.
