We cannot
forecast the future, but we must never give way to the miserable temptation to
be the standard-bearers of a people who yearn for freedom but reject the
struggle that goes with it and wait for victory like a beggar waiting for
crumbs.
Regarding standard bearers, a famous astrologer back in the 70s did my chart and told me that my Life's work to plant seedlings and never look back to see if the trees I planted bore fruit.
To wait for others to discard their crumbs is placing ourselves at their mercy and benevolence. Sorry, I don't acknowledge anyone else having that power over my life and my basic human rights. I'd rather be a part of the struggle.
