2) Do...1) How sharp is the Big Boss (Swiss guy)? <br /><br />2) Do you think he's in town to observe your boss and confirm suspicions that he might have about your boss' work habits?<br /><br />3) Isn't your boss the one with the mistress?<br /><br />4) What is your gut instinct about the Big Boss? Can you trust him?<br /><br />5) Are other employees evaluating your boss too? Or is it just you?<br /><br />6) If you tell him anything, I'd meet him for lunch or dinner privately rather than putting things in writing. I'd structure your analysis of your boss based on the way his work affects the company. Start out with the good stuff that he does and then go into the "On the other hand......" type issues. <br /><br />Your evaluation can't look like a personal vendetta, it can't be bitchy and spiteful. It has to be professional and it all has to relate to how his performance positively or negatively affects the employees and the company. Do you and the other employees get the tools and support you need to work effectively and efficiently? That kind of stuff.<br /><br />He could be the biggest prick in the world, cheating on his wife, etc. But if the office is prospering and growing under his leadership, being a prick won't matter to the Big Boss.Cali-Pnoreply@blogger.com
