I'D DIE WITHOUT YOU

"I'd Die Without You" is a number three Billboard Hot 100 hit from 1992 by P.M. Dawn. It also peaked at number 16 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles in 1992.

The song first appeared on the soundtrack of the 1992 movie Boomerang. "I'd Die Without You" was one of several songs to chart from the Boomerang soundtrack album. Other notable hits were "Love Shoulda Brought You Home" by Toni Braxton and "End of the Road" by Boyz II Men.

The song later appeared on P.M. Dawn's own The Bliss Album...? (1993), and their 2000 greatest hits collection, The Best of P.M. Dawn. In 2002, the song was covered by Brandy and her brother Ray J for her album Full Moon.

OLDIE, BUT GOODIE: ¿WHAT ABOUT THIS?

Did you ever meet someone in a bar, a club, on the internet OR just walking in the streets AND found that the chemistry between the two of you was SO explosive that you just couldn’t wait to get into each other? Isn’t it interesting that besides our intelligence and rational thinking, the thing that REALLY separates us from animals is our ability to really enjoy sex? It can be done with a partner, a total stranger AND many others at the same time; THE forbidden fruit that tastes oh so sweet, sparks our DEEPEST fantasies and DARKEST dreams. Yet this INTENSE moment of pleasure, allows us to give in to a side of our personality that no one but yourself and your partner of the moment knows about. When I reflect on my sexual past, I knew why I did who I did…But I can’t help but wonder WHAT IS IT ABOUT SEX that sets our souls on fire, only to feel the burn of a HOT volcano after?

SPARTACUS: SEASON 2 - EPISODE 9 (MONSTER)

Spartacus again must keep his warriors united, as Glaber plans an attack on the temple they occupy, on the latest episode of “Spartacus: Vengeance,” “Monsters.”
The episode begins with Spartacus’ warriors, deep in slumber for the night.  Just then, Roman soldiers stealthily pass the unguarded wall and attack.  Before the battle is too pitched, one of the “Romans” reveals himself to be Spartacus himself.  He says that this was a test, one the warriors failed.  They are still too fractured to keep each other safe.  More on this later…
Meanwhile, Seppia, armed with knowledge about Glaber’s role in her brother’s death, bristles at his touch.  But just as she begins to succumb, a most surprise visitor arrives: Ilithyia.  Dehydrated and delirious, she collapses.  Some time later, she is revived and sees Glaber standing before her.  They talk, and it’s clear that she has been replaced by Seppia, for what she saw upon entering was not an illusion.  Glaber is told that Spartacus let Ilithyia go.  As for Glaber, he declares himself no longer the man who once loved Ilithyia, but rather, a “monster.”

COUPLES FIGHT: ¿HOW DO YOU CHOOSE SIDES?

Couples fight — it’s just a fact of life and it is hard to sit there and just nod when a man you’ve known for a long time struggle with his relationship with another man who you genuinely care about.
What do you do when they are both explaining all of the things the other is doing wrong and you completely identify with the issues?
How do you maintain your sanity when there’s a rift between a couple you care about?

SEX DRIVE: ¿HOW HIGH IS YOURS?

ALL DAY I DREAM ABOUT SEX, is that you?
Do you know that our daily sex drives aren’t always indicators that we need penetrative sex all the time?
What is good penetrative sex for you?
For me it is that energy-sucking, toe-curling, body-twisting exercise that tends to exhaust my partner and me. It’s pleasure on steroids, non-stop, rarely quick, and intense. It’s a thorough, deep, and attentive experience between my partner and me. It’s back-to-back orgasms, trying crazy positions, and matching each other’s lovemaking efforts.
I don’t need or want this every day. Do you need that?
I imagine there are gay men that enjoy penetrative sex on a daily basis, and men that may thank them for it. Not all of us need or want penetrative intercourse every day. How does this influence your relationship with our partner? Are they understanding? Impatient? Frustrated? Or do they feel the same way and not need penetrative sex as a daily sexual energy release?
How strong is your sex drive?

Do you need penetrative intercourse on a daily basis?

Or do you invest your sexual energy in other daily activities?

¿THOUGHTS?

PERCEPTIONS...

"So, if a potential attacker perceives you as being fearful, confused and ill-fit to protect yourself, the thought of attacking you will enter his mind. That thought will grow into a strong impulse to attack you and he will carry out the action of attacking you. However, if his perception of you is that you are ready, willing and able to put him in the hospital, prison, or the morgue, you will kill the thought in his mind of attacking you. If you kill the thought, you kill the impulse and if you kill the impulse, the action never takes place. Carry yourself with confidence, competence and courage and you drastically lessen the likelihood of anyone trying to do you harm."

HOW TO DO PENIS INSPECTIONS

When your favorite boy toy, sex partner, or hook up calls you late at night, or comes over for a hook up, are you always aware of what you are getting yourself into? In this video, we discuss methods that one must use to be aware of issues that could exist with his penis, and how to check them out. Taking the time to do so, could help prevent many issues, could help you eliminate a jackass, and most of all avoid the drama of what could give you STDs.

If you think you might have been exposed to an STD then you should go to see a doctor. Many sexually transmitted diseases can be easily cured, but if left untreated, they may cause unpleasant symptoms and could lead to long-term damage such as infertility. It is important that anyone diagnosed with an STD informs everyone they have had sex with within the past year (or everyone following the partner they believe may have infected them).

A JURY OF MY PEERS...

"If i had to be judged by a 'jury of my peers' they would have to go to the spiritual realm to find enough of my peers, and since that is a feat that they are not equipped to accomplish they could never judge me."

THE KISS OFF...

I came across the following e-mail:

Why won't some guys kiss me while we’re having sex?

I've had it happen before with internet hook ups, and I figured they had some sex issue. I could brush that off. But recently I picked up a guy at a bar who took me home and let me do whatever I wanted to his body. We did it all! But every time I tried to kiss him, he pulled turned his head and directed me back to business.

What's that about?

What would your advice on this e-mail be?

RUPAUL'S DRAG RACE, SEASON 4: EPISODE 8 - FRENEMIES

Frenemies! Duets! Major twist! Disqualification! Then, the producers clarify… nothing! Untucked is where they clarify… also nothing! Do I have the secret answers detailing the rules a contestant broke that sent her packing!? Read on and find out!

Sorry, I’ll get on with it.

Our six remaining girls come singin’ and dancin’ into the workroom where Jiggly’s novel-sized farewell message is scrawled across the mirror. How am I supposed to read this? There’s even a tissue stuck at the bottom. Seriously, save some for the less-fortunate  queens.

Willam finishes cleaning duty, and instead of reflecting on being in the bottom two, it becomes about how she just tries to be pretty and sparkly.

Sharon chimes in with, “Miu Miu doesn’t make talent, honey.” Oh, snap!

For the mini-challenge, which isn’t really a challenge, Ru reveals that she’s not looking for a winner or a loser—she’s looking for the truth. Our girls are taking a polygraph test! And the man who administers every lie detector test on every reality show ever, John Grogan, makes his Drag Race debut. I guess someone had to balance Jonathan Clay Harris’ hotness from last week.

HIGH OFF OF HOPE

"I bet you believe that sometimes we just win. Sometimes, we're able to convince the people in power to do right by us, and we get something we really want. Do we really? Have we really ever received anything worth having? If you study history for yourself, you'll see that everytime we were on the verge of forcing the people in power to make a 'real' change, we were instead given some other sh*t to pacify us. Then we'd get happy and forget how bad we were doing, high off of hope for a better future. But these illusory blessings would always turn out to be a curse in disguise."

OLDIE, BUT GOODIE: ¿TOO MUCH SEX?

Not many partners are equals in libido. Typically, one wants sex more than the other. But that’s NOT the case for Noel and I. There hasn’t been a time when we reached for each other and the other was turned down. In fact I’d say that we can’t seem to get enough of each other…Which brings me to my question, is there such a thing as TOO MUCH SEX?
