¿WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE?

  1. Career. But then I never want kids, so no reason to stay home.

    1. No, not ever. I guess I would not really see the point of staying at home without raising children. I mean to each his own, but there is no way on earth I would take up with someone who would expect me to stay home and take care of him like that is a full time job. If he was that fucking needy I'd take a pass.

    2. I get you, so can I ask you to babysit for me when I have kids?

    3. Sure. I love kids. Babysit my lil bros all the time.

  2. Any relationship is also a partnership. I am comfortable in negotiating with my partner and assuming whatever role is necessary to sustain our relationship.

  3. I work from home, so I guess that makes me the stay-at-home husband though I dont have an ass like the guy in the pix. (sigh). I do all the grocery shopping and cooking but I am teaching Tommy to assist and he does most of the clean up. We share laundry and while we can still afford it, we have a domestic goddess come in once a week to do the heavy cleaning. We fight about a lot of stuff but the division of labor and expenses have never been an issue.

The fact that he is 'career guy' and out of the house for 10 hrs a day-5 days a week gives us each a little breathing room and makes us more appreciative of weekends together.

    2. There's NO comparison unless ur into wrinkly ole White ass.

I neglected to mention that in addition to being a full-time professional and a full-time domestic diva, I am also mommie to a 7 month old Yorkshire terrier named Smokey, who is just as demanding as any 2 yr old toddler skin kid. No wonder I'm always exhausted.. but no complaints here.. love my job and my family and most days I wouldn't trade this life for any other.

  5. Career Man, a House Husband would be acceptable if my income was six figures or better. I think it makes for healthy relationship if both partieshave careers outside of the home.

    1. I believe in balance so if both of us can do both, I'd say GO 4 IT!

  6. I would not mind playing the doting "House wife!" But I would only do it when gay marriage becomes LEGAL everywhere and I got a ring on it. That way if he acts up I get half (I am moving to California) in the divorce settlement.
Plus It would give me time to indulge my writing...and I would throw dinner parties and keep an immaculate house.
